Payments:
For all services contracted, an advance payment should be made to confirm the booking, with the balance amount payable either before departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but definitely before the commencement of the services. The management personnel have the discretion to decide the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time left for the service to commence.
For special cases like Special Train Journeys and hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Mode of Payment:
Overseas advance payments can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/service cost, any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
Gototravels acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to terms and conditions of these providers.
All itineraries are sample itineraries to give a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Factors like weather, road conditions, and participants' physical ability may dictate itinerary changes before or during the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of participants' safety, comfort, and well-being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates negotiated with hotels and airlines. These entities retain the right to modify rates without notice. We may adjust our rates accordingly. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out times unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary.
We are not responsible for delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or other incidents.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property connected with accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, fire, accidents, equipment breakdowns, transport breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk at all times.
Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
